Live on Arc · Circle's Layer 1

The onchain community with institutional backing.

$SI lives on Arc, the chain Circle built and BlackRock, Visa, Mastercard and DTCC validate. Every trade pays holders a dividend in USDC, and the liquidity is locked forever. The dog sits with old money.

Every dollar

Arc isn't a mascot here: it's the ground the dog stands on. Circle, the company that built it, booked $701 million in revenue last quarter with $73 billion of USDC in circulation and $14.8 trillion moving onchain. That's the balance sheet underneath $SI. When the institutions settle, the dog eats.

The table

Look who's
running the nodes.

Arc's founding validator cohort is not a Discord. It's the people who clear the world's stocks, move its card payments and manage its retirement money.

How it works

Three things,
then you're caught up.

01 · pool  /  02 · tax  /  03 · dividends

01

$SI trades against USDC on Arc

Launched on Argus, Arc's native launchpad. The whole supply goes into one Uniswap v4 pool at launch and the liquidity is locked with no admin keys. No bonding curve, no migration, no rug switch.

02

Every swap pays a tax in USDC

A buy and sell tax is fixed at launch and can never be changed. It's collected on the USDC side of every trade, so revenue arrives in dollars. Sending $SI wallet to wallet costs nothing.

03

Holders get paid the USDC

Tax revenue is credited to holders per token held as a USDC dividend. It sits in your name until you claim it. Nothing is burned, nothing is bought back: the money goes to the people holding the dog.

Where to trade

Pick your terminal.
Same pool, same USDC.

Every venue routes to the one Uniswap v4 pool on Arc. Fees and dividends are identical wherever you buy.

Third-party terminals are listed for convenience. None are affiliated with $SI. Check the contract address before you trade.

Old money. New rails.
Sit with the dog.
